π₯ Integrated Humanitarian Health, Disaster Preparedness & Community Resilience Programme (IHHDCRP)
The Integrated Humanitarian Health, Disaster Preparedness & Community Resilience Programme (IHHDCRP) is the flagship humanitarian development initiative of the Nepal Blue Cross Humanitarian Foundation (NBCHF). The programme is designed to strengthen Nepal's healthcare systems, enhance disaster preparedness, improve emergency response capacity, and build resilient communities through an integrated, community-centred approach.
IHHDCRP combines healthcare, disaster risk reduction, volunteer development, climate resilience, humanitarian education, and community welfare into one comprehensive programme that aims to improve the quality of life of vulnerable populations while supporting Nepal's long-term sustainable development priorities.
The programme reflects NBCHF's commitment to delivering innovative, transparent, and sustainable humanitarian solutions through cooperation with government institutions, humanitarian organizations, development partners, healthcare providers, academic institutions, and local communities.
NBCHF implements this programme in humanitarian cooperation with the Nepal Blue Cross Society (NBCS) and the International Federation of Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Societies (IFBC) while maintaining its own independent legal identity, governance, financial management, and operational responsibilities.
