NBCHF works to empower communities by providing humanitarian assistance, expanding access to essential healthcare services, strengthening disaster risk reduction, developing skilled humanitarian volunteers, supporting environmental stewardship, and encouraging active community participation in building a safer and healthier Nepal.

Working in humanitarian cooperation with the Nepal Blue Cross Society (NBCS) and the International Federation of Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Societies (IFBC), NBCHF promotes technical collaboration, capacity building, humanitarian partnerships, and community development while maintaining its own independent legal identity, governance, financial management, and operational responsibilities. This cooperative approach supports stronger humanitarian action and sustainable impact across Nepal.
